Roller Derby is a fast and exciting team sport played by several different rulesets.  SHRD plays by all rulesets but prefers to remain co-ed (M.A.D.E), as the game was intended.  Several times a year we up the ante by playing Renegade rules.  This is co-ed, full contact, with no penalties, allowing for a more physical game.  Stay tuned for more details on our newly developing Renegade Coalition.



The object in all variations is to score points (via your jammer) while the blockers help by blocking the other team from scoring and helping their own jammer through.
